PTPA JCS entered the market of industrial pipeline valves in 1951. Today the enterprise is one of the largest valve manufacturers in Russia with over 3500 employees and a well-developed infrastructure. The production goes through all the technological stages from design and engineering to assembly and test of the final product. Our production range consists of a great variety of valves used at pipelines transporting petroleum, gas, steam, waters, petrochemical products, synthetic oils and toxic liquid media at pressure rates between 0,6-125 kgf/cm2. The dimensions also vary from 50 to 1500 mm thus providing solutions for almost any industry.
We produce : cast steel gate valves; stamp-welded steel gate valves; cast iron wedge gate valves; stop valves, knife valves; butterfly valves; globe valves; ball valves; titanium valves; flanges and accessories.
PTPA offers a broad range of industry leading products for fluid control and fluid power applications at atomic power stations, oil and gas pipelines, oil and gas processing enterprises, chemical industry facilities, metallurgical plants, pulp and paper industry, ore dressing combines, water-channels, municipal services etc.

The introduction of computer assisted valve design and advanced computer engineering programs has given a new impulse to creativity and innovation. The manufacturing process is empowered by modern equipment and constantly improving technology.
	Quality control has always been an essential element at every stage of manufacturing. All our valves are tested in special laboratories and testing grounds. The procedure is to ensure the crucial parameters’ control and high quality of the end product. PTPA has an ISO 9001 certificated quality management system which enables to offer products meeting the challenging conditions imposed by industry. Our company is a member of Scientific Industrial Association of Valve Manufacturers.
PTPA seeks expansion of its sales area on a global scale. It has already promoted export sales in 52 countries, among which China, Iran, India, Cuba, Finland, Nigeria, Romania, Pakistan, Angola, Vietnam, Korea, Syria, Algeria, Greece, Mexico, Turkey, Bulgaria, Poland, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Germany, Mongolia, Afghanistan and others.
